A soft smile tugged at his lips then and he responded quietly, "Together."

Nothing felt more right in that moment than to lean down and close the space left between them, lips to lips, and kiss her. It was probably the most genuine kiss he had given her since the first time in the cave, the most pure and vulnerable. Although every kiss was real for him, it just felt... different. This could have been their last for all he knew, but most certainly one of the last, and he would hold onto the cherished moment as long as he possibly could.
